Digital Marketing Officer

Purpose

The Digital Marketing Officer plays a key role in supporting the delivery of the digital strategy for Siam University. Digital Marketing officer has to work with, Social Media team, Marketing team, External Agencies and the internal and external units to communicate our key messages to customers via digital channels by exciting and inspiring customers through personalized, engaging content and communications at the right time and through the right channels.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work with designers to build an engaging weekly newsletter and analyze results to continuously improve
  • Brief digital advertising requirements accurately and effectively to designers on time and report on results to drive improvements
  • Brief in search campaigns to digital agencies, work with them to optimize and share results
  • Improve engagement metrics across our digital channels by keeping them up to date and engaging for customer/students and other stakeholders
  • Drive engagement on our content hub by uploading and curating content
  • Ensure we support key needs of clients across digital channels
  • Ensure accurate tracking and tagging of digital assets and content and reporting of results
  • Ensure suppliers are paid on time and budgets are updated
  • Work with agencies to create timely and accurate reports that analyze our performance across key digital and social KPI’s

Experience/Qualifications

  • Being a digital native –understanding of and experience of using all digital and social channels
  • Experience of using some digital tools i.e. CMS or AdWords or Email Service Provider
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels to deliver our objectives including but not limited to Email, Search (PPC & SEO), Display & Mobile
